Certenna is an introduction service. When you contact us about planning drawings or tax return help, we pass your enquiry to one independent professional, with your permission. We do not carry out the work ourselves.
The professional gives you their own quote and terms. Any contract for the work is between you and them. They may pay us a fee for the introduction; this does not change the price you are quoted.
Certenna is not affiliated with HMRC, GOV.UK or any local council.
We take care to introduce suitable professionals, but we are not responsible for the quality, price or timing of the work they carry out. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

What we collect: your name, phone number, email address, postcode and a summary of what you need. Calls to our numbers are answered by an automated assistant and recorded. We do not ask for bank details, card numbers, National Insurance numbers, UTR numbers or passwords.
Why: to arrange the quote you asked for. Our lawful basis is your request (steps before a contract) and, for passing your details to a professional, your consent, which you give on the call or in your message.
Who we share it with: one professional matched to your enquiry, plus the service providers that run our phone, messaging and website systems.
How long we keep it: up to 12 months from your enquiry, then it is deleted.
Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
